Each year The Directors Cup holds its live charity auction to support the US Ski and Snowboard Foundation. Our goal this year is to raise and surpass over $100,000. Come be a part of the celebration in Aspen as we cheer on our athletes and await the awarding of the coveted Crystal Globes! The World Cup Finals are coming to Aspen in March, marking the first time the Finals have been held in the U.S. in 20 years!  The prestigious World Cup Finals are the season finale to the World Cup circuit.  The March 15-19, 2017 event will feature the world’s best men’s and women’s alpine skiing athletes competing for the overall title in downhill, super G, giant slalom, slalom and the newest alpine Olympic sport - the nation’s team. This alpine team event, a fan favorite at the 2015 Worlds in Vail/Beaver Creek, features a mixed team of two men and two women competing for their national teams in an head-to-head slalom with a knockout format each round. 

World Cup events on American soil are an investment in the future of the sport of skiing and ski racing in the U.S.  As we all know, significant financial resources are required to host a World Cup event and your support is more important today than ever.  With your generous support thousands of people will have the opportunity to watch the greatest skiers on the planet first hand, inspiring the next generation of skiers and fueling USSA’s initiative to increase the awareness of ski racing in America.
