WEDNESDAY, February 28

12:30 pm, Skiing with DISC Pros and friends
Meet at Base of River Run by the Gondola (take Limelight Shuttle). Early arrivals meet at the base of the mountain at 12:30 pm for pointers from the pros, ski with old and new friends, and take a few runs on the race course. 1-day lift tickets will be available for sale in the Guyer Springs Boardroom on Weds only at 8 am (DISC Office).

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, DISC Board Meeting (Board only), Guyer Springs Boardroom

3:00 pm - 6:00 pm, DISC Registration in the Silver Creek Room at the Limelight Hotel
Register and enjoy a cocktail and snacks at our host hotel. At registration, you will complete your race consent forms, pick up your credentials, lift tickets, and gift bags.

6:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Welcome Reception & Dinner at the Limelight Lounge
Cocktail Reception, Dinner Stations, DJ - casual attire

THURSDAY, MARCH 1

8:30 am - 10:30 am, Shuttles loop from Limelight Hotel to Warm Springs every 15 minutes. Shuttles are also available to River Run.

8:45 am, First Time DISC Racers Time Trials, meet at the Warm Springs base area by the Greyhawk Chair
All first-time DISC racer attendees will meet the pros at the base of the mountain. You will join them on mountain for a brief inspection of the racecourse and a warm-up run before your time trials. Newbies will be asked to race at least 3 time trial runs on the course on Thursday morning. Time trials are mandatory and allow us to establish your handicap. Ski your best and have fun.

9:30 am, Pro Dash for Cash, DISC Race Arena, Warm Springs

10:30 am, DISC Racers Inspection/Time Trials, DISC Race Arena, Warm Springs
All returning racers will be asked for 2 time-trial runs.

11:45 am - 1:00 pm, Lunch at Seattle Ridge Day Lodge

1:30 pm, Free Skiing with the Pros
Ski and practice with your friends, pros, and competition. You will have the opportunity to ski with those you are likely to race against the rest of the week. Our phenomenal pros will provide you with tours of the mountain, coach you on running the practice course, and coach you on racing starts out of our pro-style gates.

2:30 pm, Après Ski Party at Roundhouse, on mountain restaurant

3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Shuttles loop from River Run Plaza to Limelight Hotel every 15 minutes

6:15 pm, Shuttles depart from the Limelight Hotel to the Sun Valley Club.
Please be in the lobby by 6:10 pm.

6:30 pm - 11:00 pm, U.S. Ski Team Benefit at the Sun Valley Club
When you arrive at the reception, you will receive your team assignment and meet the competition. You will then join your new teammates at a team table for dinner (non-racers sit with their spouse/date or be assigned to a table). At that point, let the games begin! We start the festivities with our Calcutta auction. Calcutta bets are in addition to your entrance cost. After reviewing the days’ time trial results, teams will be given the chance to bid on their pro of choice. Following the Calcutta auction of the pros, we will begin our live auction portion. You will also have a chance to support our charitable partner with your silent auction bids. Proceeds of the 3 auctions will benefit the US Ski & Snowboard Team Foundation (USSA).

FRIDAY, MARCH 2

8:00 am - 10:00 am, Shuttles loop from the Limelight Hotel to Warm Springs every 15 minutes
Be sure to drop your DISC shoes/clothing bag by the front desk to be taken to Apples for the apres ski party later.

9:00 am, Meet your Pro/Team at the Warm Springs Lift and get your bib

9:45 am - 12:00 pm, Morning Races, DISC Race Arena, Warm Springs

11:45 am - 1:00 pm, Lunch at Apples Bar & Grill, Base of Warm Springs

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Afternoon Racing
(1:00 pm photos, meet at top of race course)

3:30 pm, Après Ski Tequila Party at Apples Bar & Grill, Warm Springs

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm, Shuttles loop from Limelight Hotel to Apples (for those not skiing in)

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm, Tequila Party at Apples Bar & Grill, 205 Picabo Street
Cocktails, Tequila, Dinner, Live Music, Dancing - ski attire. (see bag drop at hotel in am for shoes/clothes). Return shuttles available.

10:00 pm - Midnight, After Party at Limelight Hotel Bar, Drinks, Pizza, Entertainment

SATURDAY, MARCH 3

Must ski or take shuttle looping from/to Warm Springs 11:30 am - 1 pm. Or take Limelight shuttle from hotel.

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Shuttles loop from Warm Springs to the Limelight Hotel every 15 minutes

3:30 pm - 5:30 pm, Après Ski Pink Pool & Hot Tub Party at The Limelight Hotel
Sponsored by Jeremy & Diana Seysses and Domaine de Triennes. Rosè, cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with DJ Adam Goldberg. Wear something pink, in any form that feels right, from inflatable sumo outfits to unicorn onesies, swimwear or après ski attire!

6:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Closing Dinner & Awards Party at Whiskey Jacques, 251 N. Main St.
(Walk from Limelight Hotel) Cocktails, Dinner, Awards, Live Band - Western Glam Attire! Get your belt buckles, cowboy boots and rhinestones ready for a night of dancing at Sun Valley’s incomparable Whiskey Jacques. We’ll celebrate the winners, and the losers from the races, and wrap up Directors’ Cup 2018 with a bang. Announcing Calcutta victors! The top 3 point-scoring teams will take the spoils with award prizes and money. Be prepared to compete for the coveted Untamed Spirit Award!
